Compliance: You agree to ensure that the website and its content comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Intellectual Property: WWDA Ownership: All intellectual property rights related to the designs, code, and content created by WWDA for your website remain the property of WWDA until full payment is received. After payment, you will receive ownership of the final web design and deliverables, except for third-party assets, which remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Payment Terms Fees: All fees for our services are outlined in the service agreement or proposal provided to you. Payment schedules are agreed upon prior to commencing any project.

Late Payment: Invoices are due according to the payment terms specified in the agreement. If payment is not received by the due date, WWDA reserves the right to suspend or terminate services until payment is made in full.
Refunds: Refunds are only available in cases where WWDA has not delivered services as outlined in the agreement. Once design work has begun, partial or full refunds may not be available depending on the stage of the project.

6. Revisions and Approval Process

Revisions: WWDA allows a specific number of design revisions as part of our services. Additional revisions may be subject to additional fees.
Final Approval: Upon completion of the project, you will have the opportunity to review and approve the final website. Once approved, any further changes may incur additional costs.

7. Termination of Services

Client Termination: You may terminate the agreement at any time by providing written notice to WWDA. However, you may be responsible for paying for any work completed up to the date of termination.
WWDA Termination: WWDA reserves the right to terminate the agreement if you breach any of the terms or if you fail to make payments. In the event of termination, all outstanding payments must be settled before any project files are transferred.

8. Third-Party Services: WWDA may integrate third-party services or tools as part of our web development projects (e.g., hosting, plugins, payment gateways). We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or performance of these third-party services, nor for any damages caused by them.

9. Limitation of Liability : To the maximum extent permitted by law, WWDA will not be held liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business interruption, resulting from the use or inability to use our services or website.

10. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WWDA, its employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services, your breach of these Terms and Conditions, or any violation of applicable laws.
